1. Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the product in accordance with the following terms.

2. Return Period

Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase. After this period has passed, we will no longer be able to accept returns.

3. Product Condition

The product must be returned in its original condition, without damage or signs of use, and in its original packaging, along with all accessories and the purchase receipt.

4. Non-returnable Products

Returns are not accepted for the following items:

• Products that have been used

• Products that are not in their original packaging

5. Shipping Costs

The shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly by us. In the case of a defective product or a shipping error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Return Process

7. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the product, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be made to your original payment method within 5 business days.
